These terms apply to digital editions bought on pgr-publishing.com (the "Site"). The seller is PGR Publishing, operated by [TBD legal entity name], [TBD address], organized in [TBD state] ("we", "us").

1. What you are buying

When you buy a digital edition, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read that title in a web browser on the Site, for as long as the Site offers it. You are not buying a file. There are no downloads, PDFs, or offline copies.

Print editions are sold by Amazon, not by us. Amazon's terms apply to those orders.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Sales tax: [TBD, pending a decision on tax handling].

3. Your access code

After payment you get a re-access code, shown once on screen and sent to the email you used at checkout. You sign in with that email and the code together.

• Keep your code private. It is for you only.
• You can use up to 2 devices. Only one reading session can be active at a time. Signing in somewhere new ends the earlier session.
• We may limit sign-in attempts, and we may suspend a code automatically if we see signs of sharing (for example many locations, or many devices in a short time). If that happens, contact us and we will reissue a code to the original buyer.

4. What you may not do

You may not share, resell, or lend your access; copy, screenshot in bulk, scrape, or redistribute pages; remove or obscure watermarks; or try to get around access controls. Pages carry a watermark tied to your purchase. If we find leaked pages, we may revoke access without a refund and send copyright takedown notices.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the reader available but do not promise uninterrupted access. If we ever stop offering a title you bought, [TBD: what we will do, for example notice period or refund].

6. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. A refund ends your access to that title.

7. Content ownership

The stories and artwork are protected by copyright. Your license does not transfer any ownership.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Site is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. [TBD: counsel to confirm wording for consumer law in relevant states/countries.]

9. Governing law
